Providing a refreshing twist on the conventions of reality TV, CRISS ANGEL MINDFREAK is an A&E show full of jaw-dropping surprises. Cameras follow Angel as he trains and then executes a series of amazing tricks, most of which leave bystanders and viewers at home scratching their heads in bemused wonder. Whether balancing precariously at the top of a skyscraper or being struck by lightning, Criss seems to defy human logic--and he makes it clear that no camera trickery is involved in these feats. In the 16 episodes contained on this collection Criss demonstrates how the body and the mind are a lot more flexible than we might think, and provides some highly entertaining moments that easily achieve his goal of dragging magic out of the Dark Ages and into the 21st century.

Street Cents by Andrew Gerard *Brand New*

Product Image
Retails for $24.99

 Effect

The performer gives a spectator his/her business card folded up and asks them to place it in their pocket for later. Then a game of "which coin in the hand" is played 5 times in a row and a score is kept of the spectator's hits and misses. The performer asks the spectator to remove the business card that's been in their pocket all along. They open it without the performer ever touching it and it matches their score!

Bonus routines and notes:

NON Cents - Impromptu Street Effect - The magician/mentalist reaches into his/her pocket and pulls out a closed fist announcing it contains 3 coins and asks a spectator to play a little game of imagination. The spectator is asked to name a coin, and ANY coin they name the magician will pull out of his hand. After the coin is named and removed, the magician announces the game wasn't fair, opening his hand showing it completely empty!
  • No shells
  • No pulls
  • No magnets
  • Perform in a t-shirt
  • Nothing to add, steal away
  • Only ONE coin shown
  • Different outcome every time!
Chair Cents - a routine idea for stage (this idea is worth 5 times the price for a working performer)! You will love what Andrew Gerard has done with this gimmick.

Accuracy by Andrew Gerard *BRAND NEW*

Description:

Effect

The performer places a one dollar bill and a one hundred dollar bill on the table along with a quarter. The spectator is asked to spin the quarter on the table while the performer's back is turned. When the quarter comes to rest the spectator is asked to remember which side is up. The spectator places the magician's wallet over the quarter so it is completely hidden. Next the spectator is asked to hide one bill in each hand. All this is done while the performer's back is turned.

The performer turns around and removes 3 business cards from his pocket. He writes down something on each one and places one in front of each of the spectator's hands and one in front of the wallet. From this point the spectator opens his hands, revealing which bill is in which hand and THEY turn over the business cards proving both correct! But wait... remember the quarter? The spectator lifts the wallet revealing the quarter landed heads side up. Again THEY turn over the business card revealing the words "Heads Side Up."

This is ACCURACY.

Key points:
  • No electronics
  • Spectator may keep everything (if you can afford to give away 101 dollars!)
  • No assistants
  • No one ahead
  • Nothing added or taken away
  • No peeking
  • Perfect for walk around
Bonus: Andrew Gerard shares his notes on this routine, offers a stage idea, and a killer repeat.
